Correct stay despite the price and the bad welcome!
The breakfast room and the breakfast are great. Great staff as well in the morning. The pool is not big but breathtaking with an amazing view. The rooftop bar is great.

- • The reception staff when I arrived was completely unpleasant and didn't want to help me find a solution to my problem. Rude answer, inappropriate behaviors... They should learn that in hospitality, service is everything. My problem: I booked 1 month ago on Booking for 1200 euros!!! and when I arrived, the price was 650 euros... they never accepted to give me the current price, which is totally unacceptable as a VIP booking customer. The hotel is nice but absolutely not worth 300 euros per night!!! This is overpriced!

Overall, the hotel was good, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. The employees are extremely well-trained, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. In my opinion, they are the best part of this hotel. The breakfast was also very good, but I especially want to highlight the team working in the breakfast area. They were incredibly professional and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Adolfo. I honestly think he deserves a raise! His professionalism and attitude really stood out. The main reason I am giving this hotel such a high rating is because of its wonderful staff.

- • I think the hotel should pay a little more attention to the atmosphere around the jacuzzi area. Some guests can behave in ways that make the space uncomfortable for families. While I was on vacation with my family, seeing three men and one woman behaving very intimately in the jacuzzi was not a pleasant experience. I believe the hotel should make sure that shared areas like the jacuzzi remain comfortable and appropriate for all guests, especially families.

- • The hotel is far from restaurant areas, bars, and nightclubs. We had to take a car for everything
