- • They charged me for a towel that, due to my red hair color, they said supposedly couldn't be cleaned, when in all the hotels I go to, the hair towel ends up like that and I had never been charged because they use a stain remover and nothing happens, but in your hotel, they said they couldn't remove it, which made me sad
