Public transportation is easy to access, the area is not the best, but you can save money and enjoy a frugal vacation.

The tranquility of the place, safe and private. Comfortable, everything excellent.

When we arrived at the apartment, no one was there to greet us. We called several times to the indicated number, even the neighbors came to help us... But without success. We looked for another place to stay even though this one was already paid for.

No toilet paper, towels, soap or shampoo. A few cockroaches. Some knowledge necessary.

The facilities are in very good condition... Maybe the only thing that could be improved is the noise coming from outside. Very good attention from Alicia.

I arrived and the property manager had someone there who did not speak English, but I had my translator device with me and this helped a lot. The next day the owner came to me and apologized, explaining that something had come up with short notice. Everything worked out great and I actually made a new friend. There was nothing that I really did not like. Had a great time and will come back to this location and apartment service again.

Central and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is equipped with appliances and a refrigerator that allows you to prepare food. My family stay was very pleasant, in a place close to Walmart, Sam's Club, and transportation to the beach in 10 minutes. Mrs. Alicia was very kind and attentive.

Very good, I really liked the apartment, just maybe offering extra blankets and sheets would be a good idea.

Deceptive & Unreliable Hotel

It was a very bad experience after having traveled halfway around the world and being ripped off by the pirate taxi drivers controlling the airport at Cancun. Huge prices ($65) demanded for a very short trip of 15 minutes max. They called the hotel before departing the airport and were informed that since we had not arrived by 6 p.m., the room had been given away and we would have to stay elsewhere. We paid good money to stay at this place, not some small villa turned into a hotel. More thievery!

Nice place, central to everything.

Alicia, the host was amazing. She made sure to give us all her contact information and meeting her for check-in and check-out was a breeze. She was always available for questions and very kind. The place was in a central area close to everything, parking is a little challenging (especially because we went around Christmas), but even the neighbors will help you out. Food, Walmart, transportation, everything is close and super safe. And you get the advantage of really seeing what Cancun is about.
