- • The staff is quite lazy, they struggle to be helpful, it seems that the hotel has no customer service issues, the restaurant is a disaster, you sit at a table and half an hour later you find out it closed and no one even greeted you. The menu is bad, there are no good food options, the breakfast is mediocre. I asked for a room on the first floor and was completely ignored, I was punished to the 4th floor. The bathroom with a curtain cannot stay dry after the shower, the toilet seat was broken, it pinched your bottom
