Relaxed and pleasant stay, with good service from the staff. Staff was attentive.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and caring. Due to the war situation, many restaurants were closed in Petra. The hotel responded wonderfully by providing a packed lunch. There was always something extra.

- • We were not disappointed with the hotel itself. Everything was always well taken care of. There was a strong air freshener in the bedroom.
We arrived at a time when there were almost no tourists in the hotel due to military activity in neighboring countries, and this led to certain limitations - some of the services we had expected were not available. For example, there was no access to the pool. However, the staff were absolutely amazing. They offered us a complimentary late check-out, prepared a personalized breakfast, and even provided takeaway food for our trip to Petra - sandwiches, lemonade, and fruit. There was also an issue with filling the bathtub for the kids, so they offered us the jacuzzi in a neighboring room. The room itself was excellent, and they even added a full extra bed for the child. Perfect option for those who travel by car or are ready to ride a taxi to the Petra entrance. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Great staff, good experience
The room was very large, and the staff is SO helpful! We needed another driver to Wadi Rum and help getting the bus back to Amman, they supported us perfectly!

- • The food is so-so, coffee at breakfast could be improved! There were not as many bathroom amenities as usual, it was not as well equipped.
EXCELLENT HOTEL, RESTAURANT AND SAFE FOR TOURISTS
Excellent Hotel and Restaurant in Petra. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was excellent and the food delicious. Petra is now secure and safe to travel at this moment on March 15, 2026. We are 6 people visiting Petra for 4 days.

The hotel and service are Excellent!! Rafat is the Best!! We enjoyed our stay a lot, Jordan is fantastic, a safe and nice country.
