- • Very dirty. There was a cockroach in the toilet. Very little space in the room

- • Difficult to talk to customer service, no facility for public transport in return for the city tax I paid, not all rooms are accessible with an elevator making it difficult for elderly people or wheelchair access, the orientation of the bathroom and furniture makes it very difficult for children to run or walk, in other words injury-prone, no drugstore in walking vicinity and only a few grocery stores

Quick check-in and good information in advance and quick response to questions about Booking. The bed and the blankets were comfortable, the essentials provided.

- • It would be nice to have more pillow options, as well as a washcloth and some tabs for the dishwasher. The light in the bathroom is not bright enough. A remote control was not in the room, and the awning could not be lowered to the ground by pressing, the trash can did not open by pressing.
Very modern, a bit sterile decor, we did not meet anyone from the staff at check-in or check-out.
