- • They should put ceramic or vinyl flooring, the carpet smells bad and traps dirt, it is not hygienic. Breakfast should not be limited to small portions or a piece of bread or a juice or a coffee.

Good but has several aspects to improve.
In general, the hotel facilities are comfortable. The price-quality ratio is fair. Breakfast is a good portion and respects the agreed schedules. The booking, check-in, and check-out process is easy and fast. The staff's attention is good, they are friendly and diligent.

- • In room 402, only boiling water came out of the shower, there was no cold water. The room did not have a fan or air conditioning. The room lock did not allow for securing from the inside. The room did not have a minibar to keep at least drinks cold. The hotel does not have a restaurant and there is no gastronomic commerce around at different times, so one is forced to order delivery.

- • Lack of maintenance in the pool and wet areas, did not make us want to use them, pool, steam room, sauna.
