- • Had to wait for 10 minutes at the reception because it was unoccupied. Same with the bar for a night cap. Should have more or simply more attentive staff

- • The Belotto's heyday has passed. Mainly due to the staff, sitting with their noses in smartphones, not responding to guest requests. Standing under the shower, it turned out that the shampoo and body wash containers were empty. I called the reception asking for the missing fluids, and the person taking my report didn't deal with it at all - he said he would handle everything right away. So I washed my head with hand soap from the sink, which is outrageous behavior towards a guest in a 5-star hotel. The towels are worn out and definitely not white anymore. The bartender had trouble because he didn't have ingredients for Margaritas and had to borrow tequila from somewhere. The breakfasts were very minimal. Overall, the impression of an abandoned place where the receptionist dominates glued to his chair. Definitely the hotel needs to lose at least 2 stars.

Pure luxury in the heart of the Old Town. The apartments are gorgeous and huge, the location is unbeatable, and the staff treats you like royalty. Truly an incredible find in Warsaw!
