Paying for premium services but service wise not good. I have stayed here many times, but this time my experience was not good. Be it be ventilation system or be it be WiFi services. This time I was bad experience.

We supposed to check in on the 26th but we changed to 27th on booking.Com when we reached the hotel the change it nicely and we appreciate thank you.

Very nice
It was a nice experience during stay at hotel. Travel desk Sachin was very coordial in arranging cabs. All the Duty Managers were very polite and well mannered

2 Weeks In Chennai with Feathers
The staff has been very supportive Sachin from office transport was bang on . Managing the ask well in time and with due respect Ppl from across india ate travelling, improvement should be there w.r.t North Indian Food and taste
