an experience that left much to be desired
The hotel has a good location, with easy access to Uber, proximity to the beach and shopping malls. The structure is large, the rooms are of reasonable size, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is good. The hotel's own restaurant also deserves attention, especially for the artisanal pizza. The breakfast has little variety but offers the basics for a satisfactory meal.

- • At check-in, I was directed to a room with a strong sewage smell. After complaining, they sent a technician who only applied a product and said the problem would be solved over time, without offering an immediate solution. As I could not wait to find out if the smell would disappear, I requested a room change. The attendant informed me that I would need the manager, claiming that there were no rooms available in the same category. With the arrival of the manager, it became evident that the difficulty lay in the lack of preparation of the employee to conduct the procedure. As if that were not enough, after the first night, I left the hotel in the morning and, upon returning in the late afternoon, I found the door of my room only slightly closed after cleaning. I consider this a serious security flaw. When I reported the incident to the reception, the staff insisted that only the maid had access to the room, failing to understand that by leaving it open, it became vulnerable to anyone's entry. The situation was resolved with a simple apology, without an approach that demonstrated the real seriousness of the incident.

Excellent accommodation, very attentive staff, breakfast with a lot of variety and excellent! Comfortable room with all amenities, comfortable, great shower and bathroom, perfect location for events in Barra da Tijuca

TOTAL NEGLECT WITH GUEST
Only the convenience of being next to the event of ribalta do Sérgio Malandro, as I have health problems, I thought it would be ideal to stay at the event venue. However, I regretted every penny paid for the daily rate, I would rather have gone from home in Tijuca and come back. So much so that I have an event at QUALISTAGE on the 18th now and did not make a new reservation.

- • I DID NOT LIKE BEING PLACED IN A ROOM WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING, I WAITED 1 HOUR FOR REPAIR IN THE HEAT OF THE ROOM EVEN BEING PWD AND INFORMED THAT I AM UNDERGOING CANCER TREATMENT, I FELT BAD AND ONLY AFTER 1 HOUR AND THEY SAW THAT THEY COULD NOT FIX THE AIR, THEY ARRANGED ANOTHER ROOM. I FOUND IT CARELESS NOT TO KNOW THAT THAT ROOM HAD A BROKEN AIR, EVEN BECAUSE THE AIR HAD THE LID OPEN, AND MAINLY I WANTED TO GO TO ANOTHER ROOM AND NOT WAIT FOR REPAIR. THE PRIORITY SHOULD BE MY HEALTH. I ENTERED IN CTT BEFORE TO LEAVE PAID BECAUSE AS I KNOW MY HEALTH CONDITION I DID NOT WANT TO RUN THE RISK OF ARRIVING AND NOT HAVING THE RESERVATION CONFIRMED AND MY AVAILABLE ROOM WAS SO DISAPPOINTING THAT THE NEXT DAY I WOKE UP AT 8 AM, HAD BREAKFAST AND WENT BACK HOME AT THE SAME TIME.
Disappointing! The hotel does not match the photos on Booking and needs a lot of improvement in maintenance, structure, and comfort
In fact, we expected much more from the hotel, especially from the photos and the presentation of the accommodation on Booking. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below our expectations.

- • Unfortunately, the accommodation left much to be desired. The photos presented on Booking create an expectation of comfort and quality that does not match the reality found. The bed was prepared with only one sheet, which came loose during the night, causing us to be in direct contact with the mattress, which I consider quite unpleasant and inappropriate for a hotel. We also had problems with the air conditioning, which would freeze and, at times, simply would not turn on. The control was fixed on the wall, malfunctioning. The bathroom had insufficient lighting and a strong sewage smell coming from the drain, compromising the comfort of the stay. In addition, the wallpaper in the room was peeling off, showing a lack of maintenance and care for the facilities. Overall, I was disappointed with the structure and maintenance of the room. Considering the hotel's presentation on booking platforms, I expected a much higher quality standard. I believe the establishment needs to invest in maintenance, cleanliness, and improvements in the comfort offered to guests.
Good breakfast. Nice rooftop view. Partnership with a gym. Practical to go to Riocentro but not so close.
