Beyond expectations.
From check-in with collaborator Poliana to check-out, everything was perfect. We stayed in the newest part of the hotel. Great facilities, comfortable mattress, excellent breakfast, and 3 well-maintained pools, in addition to the convenience of a covered garage. I recommend it.

It was a very pleasant experience, I plan to return.
The room cleanliness, bed and bath linens smelling clean, comfortable bed and pillows, powerful and clean air conditioning (this is important), rich breakfast with varieties and options for all tastes, including gluten-free, clean kitchen. The room we stayed in was quiet. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel provides beach umbrella, chair, on rainy days even provided raincoat, and also has a water filter for refilling water bottles, a very nice idea. Furthermore, it is very well located, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

- • I wouldn't say I didn't like it, it would just be a suggestion to complement breakfast with lactose-free and sugar-free products to cater to those with any restrictions.
