Not as good as last year but still great value.
The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The location is really good especially with the light carpark across the road that you get a discount for. The staff are pleasant too. The price for these apartments is on par with some 3star hotel rooms so very good value.

- • This is our second visit and it's not as nice as last year. The decor is a bit scruffy and it's not as clean. A fair few of the utensils were not properly clean. Burn marks on the carpet from someone's straighteners. The TV in both rooms had signal issues so it was impossible to watch anything. The noise from the alley was really bad with glass bins being emptied and drunk people yelling but the hotel can't help that.
Apartment was lovely and had all the amenities there for a pleasant stay. I loved all the added extras such as Molton Brown toiletries, bath robes, face cloth, cotton wool balls, biscuits, tea/coffee, milk and bottles of water. The location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, fabulous suite, lovely staff but poor room location given the cost for one person.
The earliest check-in time available on the website was 3 pm. Only marked down because we arrived early (11:30 am) and asked if it was possible to check in early and were told no due to lack of housekeeping staff.

- • Overall the suite was fabulous but the decor is a little tired. For instance, there were ingrained stains on the bathroom sink surfaces and the cooker hob. The back of the door to the lounge/kitchenette has stains of an unknown origin. The bedroom carpet is also stained. Worst of all was the location of the room, it overlooks the main road and despite the windows being closed I was kept awake all night (Saturday night) by the carousing people outside which lasted until 5 am. If I were ever to visit Leeds again I’d be happy to stay at Mansio Suites but not in room 103.
