the location is quite good, there has 24 hours minimarket, restaurants and so on. the room is clean, there has water heater there and so on. worth it

Good location. Affordable price. Considered clean. The double room is reasonable in size, but the triple and quadruple rooms are a bit cramped and not very comfortable. There are eateries nearby. If you are on a tight budget, this is a decent homestay. There is a hot and cold water dispenser, complimentary tea and coffee sachets, but they are very sweet.

Overall quiet and comfortable. Able to get a good night's rest
Walking distance to the Waterfront where there is a variety of delicious and affordable seafood. Very near to Gaya Street where the weekends are bustling with activities. Variety of sundry shops and restaurants nearby.

- • Managed to get a booking at the last moment, and had to climb to the third floor. The bathroom toilet was not functioning properly; it could not be flushed down. The bathroom floor was uneven, with stagnant pools of water.
