- • Having two single beds together, as well as the fact that the gym was not working. Considering I stayed for almost a week, these things were missed.

- • One day the hot water came out brown in the shower. At breakfast, there were very long lines to get tapioca. And suddenly, the cappuccino became instant, not very tasty (different from the machine one). The bar closed early, at 10 pm. Sometimes the elevators failed. The bed was a bit soft for our preference.
Excellent cost-benefit
The location is perfect, on the main avenue, close to the markets and restaurants and a short distance from the beach. Large, complete, extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Magnificent sea view. Good cost-benefit. Good breakfast, with freshly made tapiocas. I recommend it for those who want comfort, quality, and a good stay.

The stay at the Golden Tulip was special.
Everything in the accommodation was great. Since our arrival, we were well received. The hotel staff was understanding and polite all the time, always making us very comfortable. The breakfast is great and has many options.

Looks good and staff is nice but the water system is weak
The hotel itself is clean and the service is good. The staff is kind. I stayed on the 20th floor and the beach view was beautiful. The breakfast was also delicious.

- • Disappointed with the water system. I stayed for 8 nights for work, but on the first day, there was hardly any water, the next morning I couldn't take a shower and the toilet didn't flush. When I told the staff, the water started running, but the hot water would come and go depending on the day and time, so I had to take 2-3 cold showers. The room was generally clean, but there were quite a few fly-like bugs in the corner of the shower room, so it wasn't clean. There are 2 elevators, but the buttons are not synchronized, so if you want to move quickly, you end up having to press both buttons. From the inside, it's inefficient because it stops on floors with no people, so in the morning, if you're unlucky, you end up waiting quite a bit.
