Despite the room size this time around, I highly recommend Daniel's. The staff are very professional
The staff were excellent and the bed very comfortable. Love the hot water in the bathroom. Excellent help getting my bags in and out while having my arm in a sling and carrying extra baggage. The location is excellent for restaurants and other services and the neighborhood is safe.

- • I felt that the room was a bit smaller than I wanted it to be. This is because the last time I spent there I was in a suite for nearly the same price. I prefer the upper rooms but I also had an injury and a lot of bags so overall it was a good choice putting me on the first floor.
Disappointed in the hygiene and communication.
Spacious layout of the room/apartment. 1 staff member even brought an extra towel on their own and had very friendly communication even though he spoke almost only Spanish

- • It was absolutely not clean, there were stains on the towels and pillows. Also, the cabinets smelled very bad. We also had to leave a little earlier than the breakfast time, unfortunately, they could not accommodate this. As a result, we had no breakfast. 1 staff member at the front desk/reception really did not make an effort to speak English or try anything in that regard
Very pleasant experience
Very good attention and always willing to help us
