- • Their receptionist's attitude. They are thieves. I booked a room for three including breakfast. When we arrived, the price went up to 58 instead of the 35 dinars I knew I had to pay for an extra bed. The explanation was that it includes service tax and breakfast for the additional person, even though I paid for three adults including breakfast and taxes in the booking. So, the explanation is that they are looking for more money and taking advantage of the fact that you have already arrived and paid through Booking with no other choice.
I didn't stay at the hotel, and you made fun of him in the reservation
