- • There are additional charges for everything, but the costs were much higher than expected, which was surprising. The cleanliness of the room was poor, with cobwebs and hair. The air conditioner in the room made a very loud vibrating noise, and although most clocks are silent these days, the ticking noise was unusually loud, so I couldn't sleep at all in the end. (I only discovered what the noise was after waking up completely..)

I had an excellent stay and it was certainly good value for money.
The breakfast was quite good, with a lot of variety provided. The service was also very good with staff very helpful. The location of the property is very good because it has lots of eateries and coffee shops nearby.

- • There was no water bottle in the room when I checked in. There was a fire alarm that went off on the morning of 6th September and the announcements were in Korean. It would be great if some announcements were also made in English. It was a false alarm and the staff member came to the floor to reassure that it was a false alarm.
