- • The hotel has changed a lot since last year (where I stay every year). Very disappointed this year without explanation. Claim requested. Small, dark, and poorly arranged room (nothing to unpack one's suitcase), stupid towel management, unhelpful front desk staff hiding behind their machine for any decision.
Great place for solo travelers.
Comfortable room with private bathroom, breakfast had a great selection.

Very good!
It was very close to where I needed to be. Everything within walking distance. The hotel is very well presented, and the staff are helpful and kind. The breakfast was extensive, although it was a very Korean-style menu. Don't expect bacon and eggs.

- • It’s slightly old, but not in a distasteful way. You can tell it was a fancy Western hotel in its prime days. An update in the bathrooms and to smart TVs would be good.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, which made it really comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The location is perfect—very central and convenient for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.

- • There were a few minor downsides. The room didn’t have enough hangers for clothes, and the kitchen was missing basic items like dishes, cutlery, and pots or pans. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, mainly offering a few typical Korean dishes, with no fruit, yogurt, or cereals available. The coffee machine also only provided espresso, without options like cappuccino.
