Fiona at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodative. She made our trip the best by suggesting restaurants, tours and just being overall friendly. We would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Waterford.

Comfortable room, with kettle for tea & instant coffee - would be nice to have an espresso machine in all the rooms not just some. Nice little welcome card & cookies upon arrival! You can request an iron for your clothes. We had a quayside view which is great but currently a building site as they build the new bridge. Fortunately we were there over a weekend so the noise was minimal. Decent breakfast, some buffet style and some dishes made to order like the eggs & avocado blaa. Although they did try to charge us for a breakfast on a day we didn’t have it.

Staying in Waterford
Really a nice place to stay.! However if you have luggage such as we had (traveling for 10 days), there is no parking right at the hotel. You have to park 2 blocks down the street. So bringing luggage into the hotel is cumbersome. Staff, restaurant was excellent.

Enjoyed our stay here. It is a historic hotel in wonderful condition. The staff was great
