- • Bathroom sink: water doesn't drain, or very, very slowly. It is incomprehensible that the cleaning service did not notice this drainage problem, and if the problem is known, the room should not be rented in this condition. Torn curtain in front of window, shower lighting fixture not working, air conditioning works but does not cool (?). Nothing serious in itself, but difficult to understand in a 5-star hotel.

- • I am absolutely not satisfied with this hotel. They made us pay a €100 deposit on top of the accommodation costs. After we checked out, they did not refund the deposit. Really very bad. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel!
