- • I just had the worst exit from this hotel like I’ve never seen before, and I want to make you aware so I don’t be charged anything further. So the guy doing the housekeeping walked into our room unannounced and told us to leave it was 7mins past our stay of 11am and spoke to us terribly while we were naked in bed and then walked in again 10mins later while we’re getting ready showered etc there was no phone in the room to ring down by the way so he stood there shouting again and came back with the guy from reception with the card machine telling us we have to pay extra and meanwhile the room is flooding from the shower being blocked and they rushing us in the most ignorant, uncomfortable and totally unacceptable way and when we left they tried to stop us leaving for a few minutes because I wouldn’t pay the extra due to there disgusting behaviour my fiancée is so upset from them so make sure they don’t charge anything or I’ll never use this site again

- • Disappointment all the way. 986 PLN for two nights for a room of 'worker' standard is an exaggeration. In the room, it is loud due to leaky windows, torn curtain, damaged glass, burnt light bulb, and in the bathroom, there is a limescale-covered showerhead and drain with standing water. Walls are peeling, cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. Despite paying for a parking spot - no free parking available. Breakfast consists of the cheapest supermarket products served in foil, the salad was not fresh, and the scrambled eggs were barely cooked. The staff during breakfast comments on behaviors, opinions, and feedback from other guests! Totally unprofessional behavior. Additionally, children (4 and 8 years old) were charged at the full adult price. I sincerely advise against it!
