- • We stayed on the ground floor and the impression is that the room was improvised in the space. Result: a lot of external noise and the upper room had a view of part of our accommodation, especially the bathroom access. A guest was inconvenient and stayed watching and talking to us. Very unpleasant not to have total privacy. Poor internet.

Safe and nice position, but mediocre service
Perfect location and it had everything needed for a few days' stay. The street is very safe because it is closed and only residents can access. Breakfast was also amazing! Bread, eggs, orange juice, butter, and jam.

- • None of the staff speaks English at all and they are not proactive in helping with the stay. For example: the hotel is on a street that is closed at night with a key. We had a guided tour at 4 am, the staff saw us going outside but they didn’t advise us that the street was closed, so we had to go back to the hotel to ask for the key, in a rush. A final note for future customers: the property does not provide a hairdryer. I didn’t notice this on Booking.
