- • Breakfast was poor, coffee was warm and never hot. I ordered a steak for dinner it was horrible.
Over priced, Luke warm service would not recommend
The lobby was not impressive. The staff were moderately polite but lacked a smile or welcome that I would expect from a hotel and for the price that they charge. The tv did not work. Needed to give them my credit card in order to get Roku so that I could login to my own Netflix account. They only gave me one card and I had to use it for the ac to work. So if I leave the room and my wife is left without ac because the elevator does not work without a card. The pool was out of service for the whole day almost so my child could not use the pool. The breakfast was good the first day and for some reason the second day did not have as many items. The first day was a day when there was a match with Colombia playing.
