Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The room is comfortable, a nice pool, super location above a shopping center, and the breakfast was amazing with an unusually wide selection. One of the best breakfasts I've had on vacation. Definitely recommended! Staff also very friendly, luggage storage for several days no problem at all.

Mostly enjoyed being here. Needed some drawers in the room. Good breakfast.

- • The pool is very dark. Concrete surroundings need a covering. Looked unfinished. Generally wasn't a relaxing place to be.
Anytime recommended
Breakfast is amazing, plenty of diversity for food and beverage. European-taste very good coffee and cappuccino. Location is perfect for anything in and out of Kuching. Nice relaxing pool (small), well equipped and very clean gym.

- • Some work in progress on the floor just above us, but we were well informed in advance (even before booking, well indicated on hotel website). We got an updated suite, largely compensating some noise, which anyway remained contained in the day hours. Work will be terminated soon! So far, keep in mind to plan some alternatives during the day if you want to rest a bit during the hottest day periods.

- • Check-in took more than 30 minutes. The staff was not able to arrange simple tasks. They gave my room to another person with a similar name. Invoice has not been provided yet after three requests. Pool was not working for the first 3 days. Room not at the level of a 5-star hotel.

- • Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance for 3 days during our stay, so we had to go to another hotel which, on the other hand, had a beautiful pool.

- • The noise from the renovation all day was very disturbing and intense.
Top stay
The breakfast was delicious. Nowhere have I had such a tasty breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Next to the hotel is a shopping center, nice to walk through. Ideal location in Kuching. Almost everything within walking distance.

- • The pool is mostly covered and small. Has a nice view. When we were there, the pool was out of order/under maintenance. This was actually lucky because we were offered to swim at the Pullman hotel.
