Beautiful location, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. Right next to the mall, convenient for a quick coffee or meal.

- • At check-in around 3:20 PM, we were told to wait as the room was not ready yet. About half an hour later, we could go to the room, but the floor still had many stains. Renovation in the hotel, right under our room. A lot of noise. Initially contacted by phone, no solution. At the reception, we were given a different, renovated room. Much less noise. Few sunbeds at the pool, mainly space for tables and chairs.

- • Having clothes washed is not recommended. Very expensive, so inquire about the price per garment beforehand.
Great location but rooms need improvement.
Spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable shower. Very good location, close to a shopping center. Water in the room every day.

- • The services are 5-star but the room. We asked for a room change because one window was broken and there was a lot of mold (our son is allergic). They gave us a new room, smaller and practically the same as the previous one.
Incredible stay in Melaka
Very central for visiting Melaka. The property is very friendly, responds quickly to inquiries/questions, and ensures you have a pleasant stay.

- • Everything perfect. As the property and other reviews warn, the accommodation is on a street with bars so you can obviously hear the music and the atmosphere, so you know where you are going. On the other hand, it is true that the stairs are steep, so it would not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

- • The construction works were constant and it was impossible to stay in the room; although it is true that they did not work in the afternoon and at night, at 8:30 AM we already had a lot of noise. It is true that the hotel warns about the noise, but it is not occasional. Apart from this detail, everything perfect.
Great location beside a mall. Breakfast spread is good with local delights like kolo mee and laksa. Comfortable beds.

- • The car park is crowded on weekends and took some time to find a lot. There is some renovation going on at the lower floor which is noisy though the hotel informs us about this. Doesn't affect us as we are outside during the day but for guests wanting to sleep or rest during the day, this is something to take note of.
A wonderful, memorable experience. Wished we were there for longer!
I liked the location, the room, the lovely staff, and being next to the shopping Mall. I especially liked the Sarawak Laksa and will try to make it back home in New Zealand.

- • I would have liked being able to have a glass of wine with dinner in the restaurant, rather than just at the pool bar. However, I understand that your culture might not allow that. This was written by Edwin's wife, Judy.
Perfect stay for a lively downtown experience.
Staff were super kind. They arranged a little surprise birthday cake for my husband which was very much appreciated.

- • I hope the renovations include double-glazed windows to improve soundproofing. It’s a very noisy neighborhood
