Location full of charm a stone's throw from the historic center. Extraordinarily rich breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness. Free on-site parking. Francesco and Giovanna are very kind hosts and spoiled us incredibly throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Would gladly come back
The hosts were very warm and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional and typical of the region with high quality. Special requests were gladly fulfilled. Nothing was missing. The house and the owners reflected the Italian lifestyle. The rooms were air-conditioned, the nights in the comfortable beds were restful. Free bike rental upon request. Very good location of the house to the old town.

Beautiful place to stay in an excellent location.
Feels like a museum/art gallery. The decor is beautiful. Excellent location 5 mins walk into Lucca walls and 2 mins to the train station, but still feels quiet and homely. The owners and people who work here were all very kind and friendly. Loved this place. Breakfast felt lovingly curated.

The climate of the old residence in common areas and in the rooms. If you like it, you will be satisfied. The bathroom fully equipped with stylish high-quality devices. The parking space ordered in advance was at the entrance to the garden. Room with terrace, sun loungers, and a table is great. Close to the old town, you walk over a footbridge over the railway tracks straight to the entrance gate in the defensive walls. Breakfasts are served at the table, nicely, and sufficiently abundant.

Brilliant location and lovely friendly people
It was so close to the city and the train station and had lots of extras in the room and lovely large bathroom and plenty of towels and the bedding was lovely also a massive breakfast which was very tasty
