Fantastic Family Vacation with a Perfect Beach Location
We recently stayed at the Turquoise Beach Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our priority was finding a place that was comfortable and family-friendly, and this hotel truly delivered. The location is unbeatable. Having direct access to a private, pristine sandy beach across the street was the highlight of our trip—the calm waters were absolutely perfect for my wife and me to relax, and incredibly safe for our young son, Ömer, to play and swim. It’s also very convenient that the Old Market is just a short walk away, making our evening strolls for local food and shopping effortless. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What really stood out, however, was the hospitality. The staff was welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure our family had everything we needed. The buffet provided a solid start to our day, and the overall value for money is excellent. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay in Sharm El-Sheikh!

Overall excellent
Great location near Old Sharm, which is less than a 5-minute walk away. Well-equipped beach, excellent service, but the sea is not the best as it is very close to the boat dock, but just walk 5 minutes to the right to have the free beach with a coral reef. All the staff is very kind

- • Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially for a family vacation. During our stay, there was only one swimming pool available, and for almost two days we were unable to use it because the water had turned green. When I raised the issue with the staff, I was told that some guests were using the pool with inappropriate swimwear and that the hotel could not prevent them. Regardless of the reason, I believe the hotel is responsible for maintaining the pool and ensuring it remains clean and safe for guests. The beach is relatively small and does not appear to be restricted to hotel guests. We noticed many people using the beach who were apparently not staying at the hotel, which made it more crowded and reduced the value of having private beach access. Another surprising issue was the towel policy. Hotel guests are allowed only one towel per day. When I asked why, the staff explained that the hotel had a shortage of towels, which I would not expect from a hotel catering to vacationing families. Unfortunately, the food was also below expectations. The variety was limited, and the overall taste and quality were not good, to the extent that I preferred to eat outside the hotel during my stay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel for a family vacation. It may be an acceptable option for a short business stay if you specifically need to be close to the surrounding area, but for a relaxing family holiday, I would recommend considering other options.
