- • Antique and damaged furniture. Cleaning is very basic.
The hotel is excellent from the reception, cooperative staff, easy check-in procedures, welcome drink, clean and spacious rooms, sandy beach in front of the hotel, kids love the swimming pool, open buffet breakfast with delicious food, close to the old market. Hopefully, we will book again with Turquoise Hotel.

Beneficial in terms of price performance. Close to the center. Free beach access
From the gentleman at the reception to the restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone was very professional. The room size, cleanliness, and air conditioning were adequate. Breakfast was quite good considering Egyptian standards. There is free beach access. 10 minutes walking distance to the center. Guests have the option of lunch and dinner at an open buffet for an extra charge. Very affordable compared to other restaurants.

- • There is evening entertainment with music. If your room faces the inner courtyard, the noise can be very disturbing. The beach is right next to the hotel. The beach is nice but unfortunately lacks the enchanting underwater beauty of Sharm. However, it is a nice sea for swimming.

- • Your chef is terrible, you found him in a surprise corner 😲, your dishes have no taste, there is no fish 🐟 🐟 at your hotel, I will never have dinner here again, ask the management to pay for a chef certification with a diploma 🎓 with a grade of more ➕️ ➕️ ➕️ ➕️ ➕️, not even in a children's canteen are these dishes served... I will not advertise for your restaurant, especially since I travel the world and I know many people...

The proximity to the beach and Old Sharm is 5 minutes away, and the staff is very welcoming. We stayed from 9/9 to 15/09, especially Karim the waiter who welcomes you as a friend, Sayed who serves you any drink you need, the lifeguard Hendi who provides music, smiles, and kindness, Mustafa and DJ Mohammed who welcome you in the evening with music and any event, and in the morning with water gym. The receptionist Morsi and other staff make you feel at home. I felt at home! We will definitely come back. I sincerely thank every staff member for making us feel pampered in every way, from the chef to the room cleaning staff, including Mustafa and another colleague who left us a memory of 2 swans in our room 223. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Turquoise and all the staff
