Nice hotel but definitely lacks soul
The hotel is located in the center of Hua Hin so you're close to all the restaurants and port. The several swimming pools are convenient for both adults and children. The gym is great.

- • We stayed 2 weeks. There was a discrepancy between the reservation made via Booking and the info received by the hotel (price paid vs room including breakfast). I've never experienced such a poor level of customer service: the staff was just trained to say "no", without any empathy. They didn't try to understand the situation or come with any solution. The approach was not client-centric at all. The manager never showed up and we've never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing experience. Therefore we made sure not to spend any extra Thai baht in this hotel... Besides the size of the hotel made it look like an "Aquacenter" for big families with children. There were wild birds screaming all night (every night at 04:20) so the rooms are not well isolated. The staff looked overwhelmed and unhappy, which I've never seen before in Thailand.

This was our 4th stay at Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa, and once again the hotel exceeded all our expectations. We can highly recommend this wonderful resort. From the moment you arrive until the day you leave, you feel surrounded by luxury, relaxation, and genuine care. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained throughout, and the service in every department is absolutely outstanding. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional, making you feel genuinely welcome every single day. We would especially like to mention Milk and YO from the pool department. They are truly exceptional and provide service far beyond expectations. Their warm personalities, kindness, and the way they care for the guests are undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful city retreat
Lush green atmosphere and very family-friendly with pools stretching all over the hotel. There are recreational activities available like sunrise yoga and aqua aerobics - Had a good cardio workout Thai Boxing Dance with Jeeja
