Since the beginning of the booking process, the interaction has been extremely kind and professional. This attention continued with the warmth of the reception and welcome upon arrival, and the care for the smallest details throughout the stay.

- • I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Ms. Esraa for her care and full support throughout my stay, her keenness to communicate with me even before my arrival in Sharm El Sheikh, and her continuous follow-up to ensure that everything is going well. Her elegant handling and attention to detail had a great impact on making my stay more comfortable and distinguished.

A magnificent setting that invites relaxation.
We particularly liked the animation area located directly at the bar, comfortably seated in our armchairs, especially during the aperitif with live music. We found all the restaurants to be of very good quality with impeccable service. The quality of the buffets is obviously the absolute hallmark of the Steigenberger chains; we partly returned for this reason. The staff, cleanliness, and maintenance of the resort are quite commendable and magnificent.

- • In general, we found the bedding too firm (but this is a bit in all hotels). We found the beach less attractive because to reach the corals, you have to pass through a long pontoon (even if the golf cart drops us off, we cannot really enjoy the waves and the seaside). It is a club hotel, so there is a lot of animation, the music is very loud, so we only have the seafront pool to find some calm. On the last evening, we had reserved at the beach restaurant, and there was a beach party; it was very noisy at the restaurant. You just need to know this and change the evening.
We loved everything; everything was very good. Thanks to the whole team. Hope to see you again.
Everything was great, very well thought out, quite comfortable, clean, the food was exceptionally delicious, there was not a single bad meal, they were all very good. The staff is nice, helpful, and we thank them all; we will definitely come back, already looking at dates. Limoni and Hama restaurants were wonderful; we really liked them.

- • The snack bar was insufficient; there could have been a water slide for young children, not necessarily big slides, but a children's pool for ages 2-5 would have been good. Also, the La Maison menu needs some improvement.
