- • No refrigerator or hairdryer. I think these two are essential. It was mentioned that there were complimentary amenities, but there were none at all. There was an incident where all the keys on the entire floor broke while staying, and without a bellman, I couldn't return to my room and couldn't use the elevator. I mentioned that the cover of the auto-lock key was broken, but they said there was no problem at all. There seemed to be an ant nest on the table, and it was very unpleasant to see ants walking around. It felt different from the photos.

- • It was difficult to get my dates of stay changed. The worst part was the water smelled like rotten eggs... I wasn't sure if I even wanted to shower
