- • The room smelled very strange. The bathroom was not clean (hair in the shower, dirt in the corners), there were spider webs and dust in the room.

- • I was given a room that left much to be desired, clogged toilet, clogged sink, and due to lack of staff, I had no one to report to. The room number was 209

- • The bathroom was not cleaned properly: the toilet was dirty, the sink dirty and clogged. We had to wash ourselves in the shower, even brush our teeth. The walls and floor of the shower cabin were dirty with mold deposits, the towels impossible to use due to the bad smell. Maybe we were unlucky and received a room that was not clean.
