Good hotel with a beautiful view from the rooftop. Bed and shower were good. Staff very friendly. We did not use the breakfast.

- • Room was a bit dark. Location is average. In the evening, the neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. A lot of air traffic over the hotel although you don't hear much of it in your room.
The location is exceptional, and it has the best rooftop in Rio.

For two days my room was not cleaned. I had to ask for it to be cleaned.

- • The room floor was all scratched, giving a dirty impression. I love indirect light, but in the bathroom, a stronger light would be good.
Perfect cleanliness, friendliness of the staff. And best of all: the hotel smell is sensational. The background music has the perfect repertoire and volume.

- • I did not like the cleanliness of the bathroom sink, which needs to be unclogged and cleaned.
Terrible
Unfortunately, nothing... room with a sewer smell, with maintenance overdue and below standard (a huge piece of aluminum fell in the bathroom and injured my wife's head). We were deceived at the reception by the employee who gave us a room below the standard I paid for on booking and even made fun of us saying it was an upgrade!
