the hotel is very very smart and clean. as soon as you enter you have the scent of the hotel brand that gives you an immediate feeling of well-being. The rooms are clean. The equipment is good. Nothing to complain about. I thank Sarah's efficiency who quickly turned my reservation into 5 nights instead of one. The kindness and smile of Salim upon my arrival. Anthony who took care of me in the evening at the rooftop. Sally and her responsiveness and kindness. Mustapha alert as soon as we step into the dining area. Peter, the intern, is great! Rafi is also very pleasant. I will come back very soon.

- • Very old and torn down rooms. Curtains do not block light. TV has barely 2 channels and picture not clear. Every time electricity goes out and generator automatically kicks in, the Air Conditioning resets and needs to adjust it again. Same for the TV. Disappointing hotel status. Ask direct clear question to finance about refund and he goes all wild without answering clearly and directly your question. Booked and paid one night before arrival as I am checking in very early in the morning, then got a message from hotel before check-in asking to send them a message once I land?????? I paid for the room 1 night before so the room should be ready and waiting for me. I checked out 1 night early due to such a miserable status and disappointing experience and got surprised no refund for the night I did not stay. Very disappointing stay and hotel.
