Cecilia from concierge was so kind and helpful when helping us to figure out where we wanted to go for our bus tickets. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. She was expert in knowing where to go and what to do. Very friendly and available as well. We are from out of the country and she helped us greatly. Sorry my English isn’t good.

Cecilia was so helpful. She took time to guide us and take us through multiple checkpoints. We were trying to locate the hotel. She was very happy, smiley and friendly.! Please give her a raise and promote her as soon as possible

We were in this property for 5 days the place is extremely clean the staff specially koko and gaspar are amazing help koko didnt missa a single detail or help he didn’t hesitate to take an extra mile to make our stay so special thanks alot
