Poor service overall
I did not like the hotel, I was expecting more and that the service would be like in other cities where I have stayed in the same hotel chains

- • There was a lot of external noise inside the room, there were leaks inside the room, they should not have given me that room since it was evident that water was leaking when it rained and small pieces of the ceiling were falling, so far the hotel has not sent an email with the discount they offered, as they could not refund the money, the breakfast is not good as the food they serve is of low quality and does not taste good, the pool is very dirty and neglected in that area.

Excellent place to rest.
The comfort of the hotel beds is unmatched, it has a terrace to eat or dine without filling the room with odors. It has a minibar that actually cools in the room, which is very helpful. They kept our luggage at noon, which is a big plus. There is a mini-store on the ground floor and they help you order Uber or transportation to the airport.
