The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. We also greatly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of Fatima at the reception as well as the young woman at breakfast.

- • However, we were disappointed with the takeaway breakfast. Since our departure was scheduled for 5 am, we had asked to have breakfast on the day of our arrival rather than on the day of departure. This was denied to us because the hotel had informed us that a box would be prepared for our departure. We paid for breakfast on our arrival, but the departure box contained a yogurt without a spoon, a cold coffee, and an orange juice in cups wrapped in aluminum foil, five mini pastries that seemed stale, and a banana. The boxes were left at the reception without explaining their contents. Unfortunately, the drinks spilled in the taxi.

A big thank you to Najat for her professionalism and extreme kindness! We encountered some minor inconveniences upon our arrival, including a room that was not ready at the scheduled time and a refrigerator that was not working. But Najat immediately took charge with remarkable responsiveness and professionalism. She quickly found a solution and even offered us an upgrade to make our stay more enjoyable. Beyond her efficiency, we particularly appreciated her kindness, attentiveness, and sense of service. She truly made a difference in our experience. We will keep an excellent memory of our stay at the Radisson, and I will return with great pleasure, especially thanks to people like Najat who perfectly represent the establishment's values of hospitality and quality. A huge thank you to her ❤️

Perfect location and total relaxation
We really liked the hotel, its common areas, the pool, and the proximity to the beach. The location is fantastic. With a short walk, we are in the city for a pleasant dinner or simply to stroll through the lively streets of Taghazout.
