It was great but I didn't sleep very well, the bed was a bit hard for us

Nice but only if you don't like to sleep and if you like to pay all the time and too expensive
The hotel is nice and its location is very good, the rooms are nice and comfortable even if some equipment is outdated and the pool and the beach are very pleasant. The staff is friendly, especially at the Spa and Kid Club. Smaller and less 'factory-like' than neighboring hotels

- • Feeling like a pigeon and not being able to sleep!!!! A feeling throughout the stay of being taken for a ride which is very unpleasant, we were on full board and yet everything is extra and at exorbitant prices. e.g. €5 for a 70cl bottle of water! Charging for extra drinks is ok but not water especially in a country where water is not drinkable. They take advantage of the fact that we have no choice. The prices of other drinks are worthy of a terrace in central Paris. 5 to 10 times the prices usually practiced in Morocco. The other big negative point is the lack of consideration for sleep. Our room was very close to the beach bar and on Saturday night it turns into a huge nightclub with everyone from Taghazout coming. We were not informed... we waited... and it ended at 2 am. If we had been informed we would have organized ourselves but spending 4 hours tossing in bed is long! especially with children. Another night the guard tied his dog to a tree right in front of our windows and left it barking for almost an hour. It was 3 am... We called reception and someone finally came 20 minutes later. And never an apology or gesture... In a hotel of this quality and at this price all this is unacceptable. We were treated much better and slept much better in the more modest and much cheaper surf camps! I absolutely would not recommend
A top stay
Everything overall was really perfect. The breakfast, the bungalow, the beach, and the location. A big thank you to Fathia the manager and Najette from the reception who made our stay even more enjoyable

A paradise stay between surfing and mesmen :)
Everything!!!! A real paradise, a beautiful setting, lovely and caring staff especially with my children, a varied and quality buffet. Everything is done to make your stay an unforgettable moment. We will be back!!!

- • The only area for improvement concerns the accommodations which could use a little refresh and are slightly below the rest of the resort's standard
