Disappointing and overrated
My experience at this hotel was really disappointing. I consider the price to be excessively high for the quality of service and facilities they offer. From the moment of arrival, the attention was terrible: they never provided basic information such as breakfast hours or clear instructions about the hotel's services.

- • The room I was assigned was in very bad condition. The desk was practically falling apart, reflecting an obvious lack of maintenance. Additionally, they placed me in one of the worst areas of the hotel, having to constantly pass through the kitchen and administrative area, which created discomfort and constant noise. It was impossible to rest during the night due to the noise from other guests and the lack of control by the hotel. Definitely does not correspond to the category or the cost they charge. The only positive aspect of the experience was the attention of the breakfast staff, who were friendly and attentive.
