Full value for money. Fantastic surroundings in the form of a harbor environment, many paths. Central to Aarhus yet no big city noise. Bus less than 1 km walk. The bus takes the ring road passing many attractions in and around Aarhus city center.

- • The material we received in connection with the booking described the parking conditions but did not include a picture marking the allowed parking area. Such a picture was only available once inside the building. We arrived at the same time as another couple who were also unsure where to park. Therefore, I would suggest that in the future a picture with clearly marked parking spaces for B&B guests be included.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings because we were woken up very early.
The location is excellent. Easy to get to the city and right by the water.

- • We stayed in room 2, which is practically right next to the restaurant. Therefore, there was noise from the service starting at 05:40 and chatter from diners from 06:30. Perhaps not exactly what we had hoped for on a holiday. We had paid for a sea view, but a sea glimpse is probably a better description.

- • The rooms/bathrooms need to be updated, and it would be perfect. The carpet is stained and needs to be changed. The shower drain was very slow, allowing only very short showers (<3 mins)
