- • The air conditioner didn't work. The people at the spa were pushing us to pay in cash and to come back for a repeat treatment without even letting us enjoy our current one. Should be rated a 4 star.

- • Does not deserve 5 stars. Tired 4 stars. The first day we couldn't get rid of the horrible air freshener smell in the room. Woke up with a sore throat in the morning. In the shower, there is a dispenser on the wall like in a public toilet. It's both gel and shampoo, the quality is terrible, red spots appeared on the body. Had to buy gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. The pool is small, always crowded, of course. Because the beach is nothing: small, dirty, stony, full of families with children from neighboring hotels. They don't let you into the hammam if someone is being pampered there for money. Like wait 30 minutes, we have a client there, sit in the sauna in the meantime.

The all-inclusive, the pool, and the beach were amazing. The beach bar was the best. The services made my stay more comfortable. It is also not so far away from Alanya center where I think Yőnet Bamse is the best place to eat steak. In Alanya center, there are a lot of bars but when it is many people in Queens Garden then it is the best bar that is there. I also loved the bar melani in Oba.
