Poor value for money, lack of cleanliness

- • We spent one night at the 'Skagen Hotel Anneks' for 173€. Upon check-in, we found a bathroom that was unacceptable for this price. The grout was moldy, as well as the shower curtain and the wall behind the toilet. After we pointed this out at the reception, immediate action was taken, and most of the mold was removed with chlorine and a new shower curtain was hung up. The photos show the previous condition! However, we now had to deal with the smell of chlorine. In general, the bathroom does not correspond to the price, the toilet is practically in the shower. As a result, the armrest (it is a barrier-free toilet), which is actually in the shower, is completely rusty.
Very good breakfast at the hotel and very nice service, overall I recommend :)

- • They should have a WhatsApp or communicate by email. Once I was out of the country I didn't have a way to call them to coordinate my late check-in.
Would call it an overnight stay.

- • Very noisy. Curtain extremely dirty. Smells of sewage. No soap. Window broken. Floor dirty. Small things they could fix.
