nice staff, questionable pricing policy
Stayed for one night. As such its a beautiful hotel and very nice staff (the latter was their strong point). however we paid 3.000 euro for a room that was in the front side of the building so we got zero views and noise from the cars that arrive. the room as such is ok, but also not exceptional which for 3 grand a night should be the case. The hotel is badly overpriced (i think they inflated with about 400 percent over the last 20 years). I wouldn't stay there with family as there are much warmer places that offer better value for money,

The Pinnacle of Riviera Glamour – Pure Perfection on the Coast
There are luxury hotels, and then there is the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat. This historic Belle Époque palace managed by Four Seasons is the absolute gold standard for European coastal luxury. From the moment you drive down the pine-fringed driveway and step into the bright, pristine white marble lobby, you are completely transported into a world of timeless sophistication and serene isolation. The Rooms and Ground Layout: The accommodations are a flawless blend of classic French Riviera style and understated modern opulence. The interiors are incredibly bright, decorated with elegant pastel accents, rare marble bathrooms, and ultra-premium furnishings. Whether you book a Palace sea-view room or one of the newer suites featuring a private plunge pool, the attention to comfort—down to the signature Four Seasons bedding—is immaculate. The true magic, however, lies in the 17 acres of impeccably manicured gardens that surround the property, offering a peaceful, private sanctuary where the scent of pine and sea salt fills the air. The Pool Club and Dining: A stay here is completely anchored by the legendary Club Dauphin. Reached via a private glass funicular that glides down the cliffside, the club features one of the most famous 33-meter heated seawater infinity pools in the world. Spending a day lounging in a private seaside cabana with flawless waiter service looking out over the turquoise Mediterranean is an experience that cannot be replicated. Dining is equally spectacular. Breakfast on the open-air terrace of La Véranda is a daily highlight, particularly the legendary, flaky pastries. For dinner, the Michelin-starred cuisine celebrates the absolute best of fresh, hyper-local Provençal ingredients, many sourced directly from the hotel's own estate gardens. The Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat isn't just a place to sleep; it’s a legendary destination that makes you feel like the protagonist in an old-world Hollywood film. It is worth every single euro.
