Uncomfortable bed mattress

Requested single queen size was given two single bed. The room was in bad condition outside lean against the wall two pieces of big Glass. The bed spring coil is not in good condition. Hurt our body and it is very discomfort. I think the bed mattress is good to be discard.

Good for budget travellers. Value for money.

It’s a budget hotel so I did not have much expectation. Generally clean but toilet seats looked dirty and not of correct fit. Aircon was dripping with water but otherwise worked well and cool. The hotel is definitely value for money if you have no high expectation and just need a place to rest. Oh yes, the WiFi definitely sucks. Signal was almost impossible to connect. Thanks.

I dont like anything about the hotel. Property not to my espectation. Ever paid lower price than this hotel with much more satisfaction. Hotel so run down. Even the towels a lot of stain. The free breakfast was only rice and four dishes. Dis appointment to the max.😞

Room 102, The room we stay aircon was not cool. Aircon spoil. Breakfast very simple, rice, vegs, chicken, bread without butter only Kaya, coffee, tea, orange juice.

The water in the bathroom is too weak. Next time please add some varieties of foods like fried eggs in the buffet menu. Thanks

Quiet town and near to ferry

Hotel is tucked in a corner, far from main road. Office and shops are closed at night. No activity around. At night, not accessible. Dim street lights. Old building, renovated. 8 min drive to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Most passengers live there overnight to catch first ferry at 6am.

It's central and easy to find cooked food and shopping.

Aircon need servicing . If got extra pillow will be better.

I like it. Very clean, staff very polite. overall, very recommended.

It's an average hotel. Good staffs. My pillow was flat and the bed creaking. But I was too tired so no cares. New hotel with roadworks near the hotel.

Room is small but is clean. We booked two rooms but one of the rooms the air conditioning was not working. The hotel technician was not very helpful. Requested to change to another oom but was told that hotel was fully booked that day. However, much later hotel gave another room (I thought fully booked?). Booking facts showed that there is hair dryer in room but when requesred, hotel said no hair dryer..... So how satisfied do you think was our stay ?

No hot water to bath at all. Have cofffe and tea but cannot boil water. Tv always no signal. Poor facilities.

Clean and worth the price

Hotel staff was extremely helpful even late at night. One thing to comment on is their wifi. it is pretty slow and unstable in general so if you were to stay here, i'd suggest getting your own sim card as there was one night where there was totally no wifi connection even though it's connected to it.

Only good as transit hotel.

I stayed in this hotel several times simply because of the proximity to my regular massage centre. Otherwise there's not much to expect of this hotel. Some rooms are with stuffy-smell, some toilets are breeding ground for mosquitoes. Only 2 flimsy pillows are provided in each room. Hot water flask needs to be requested each time although the deluxe room that I usually booked says its provided. The breakfast spread, which isn't a spread at all, is too pathetic that at times I would just grab my breakfast elsewhere. 1 night stay in this hotel is all that's needed or you'll die of boredom.

Hotel security and safety good

While staying we faced mosquitoes bites, no water supply. Hotel staff unable to help me to book GO CAR. Good Breakfast arrangement with neatly during stay. MY overall experience satisfied.

A so-so budget hotel

I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to one good family massage centre & decent foods are available within reach. Otherwise this hotel will never be my 1st choice. Toilet is not so clean with rotten smell, room carpet full of stains & only 2 flimsy pillows provided on the queen bed. Lack of choice for breakfast.
