It has a beautiful view of Siena and a nice external garden, some parts of the property were clean.

- • The property is connected to Siena through a road that doesn't even have a sidewalk, so it's dangerous to reach on foot. The host never showed up. He didn't ask for our documents and left our key unattended, along with our personal data. No one welcomed us or answered our calls. Part of the room was dirty with animal excrement, cobwebs, and stains on the sheets. There wasn't even a window in the bedroom. There wasn't even a bedside reading lamp in the room. The property indicated that the Malena room had a small terrace, but it can be reached by completely leaving the property or entering the adjacent private room. In the villa, there is no snack bar or water/snack dispenser, and it's not possible to use the stoves and oven shown in the photos. We were isolated without food or water in a property that doesn't guarantee safety to its customers.

- • Welcoming attitude. At check-in, my reservation name for the room to be used was not there. It was resolved by the person who welcomed us by showing the correct sheet but a bit annoyed. Two cobwebs in the ceiling corners in the living area.
