Lovely garden and pleasant location surrounded by greenery, the room was not very large but the attached private veranda adds space and light. Very clean and well-equipped kitchen, with tea, coffee, and snacks provided for free. Convenient location to reach the city center in just over 20 minutes on foot safely and taking a nice route that passes through a park, an overpass, and the area of San Prospero (it is uphill, you must have good walking ability). It can also be reached by bus.

- • Missing shower door in the bathroom and the risk of flooding the floor.

- • I was particularly surprised by the reception. The entrance instructions were not clear knowing that the owner was inside watching me struggle. I had to call to get information and at that moment he opened the door. Not even a hello, he complained about my lack of understanding of the information. Every morning when I saw him, he didn't say hello. The cleaning lady was much friendlier than this gentleman.
The surroundings and very well equipped. It is a very beautiful villa.

On the other hand, the garden is nice and the private parking is a plus.

- • Inappropriate host, not easy to understand where the entrance to the property is, I called the host who initially did not answer then he answered but gave me incomprehensible and rude directions. We managed to arrive by going around for about twenty minutes and found handwritten directions on the entrance gate, also not very understandable.
Not the best, but okay for the price.
The location, about a ten-minute drive to reach the center of Siena by car. Available parking.

- • Lack of staff. A room for three people and the third bed was not prepared, we improvised a bit.
