- • We arrived at the accommodation at 7 pm on the day of check-in as indicated. The establishment was closed, and we had to wait for an hour to access it, after making countless phone calls to the reception number, where we were finally assisted. Once in the room, we had quite a few problems getting in because the magnetic lock worked when it wanted to. We were told it was a technical problem with the lock itself.
The air conditioning failed, we reported it and no one came to fix it. We were charged a VAT that was not clear in the reservation.
