- • The radiator in the bathroom and room was not working. The person at the reception spoke only Bulgarian and we couldn't communicate, the rest of the staff were helpful and spoke English
The stay was satisfactory, the main issue was the heating in the room
The staff was helpful. The man who was only there at night did not speak English, so we couldn't communicate with him as he only spoke Bulgarian. The rooms and all spaces were very clean. The breakfast was nice, there was no dinner even though we were told it would be from 19:00 to 21:00 in the main hall where breakfast is served.

- • The radiator in the room was not working, I mentioned it to the man at the reception at night, but we couldn't communicate because he only spoke Bulgarian, resulting in the room being quite cold, luckily there was a second blanket in the closet.
