- • The radiator in the bathroom and room was not working. The person at the reception spoke only Bulgarian and we couldn't communicate, the rest of the staff were helpful and spoke English.
The stay was satisfactory, the main issue was the heating in the room.
The staff was helpful. The gentleman who was only there at night did not speak English, so we couldn't communicate with him as he only spoke Bulgarian. The rooms and all areas were very clean. The breakfast was nice, dinner was not available even though we were told it would be served from 19:00 to 21:00 in the main hall where breakfast is served, it was not there.
