A magnificent hotel
The location is very nice, the hotel is very elegant and well-decorated, the air conditioning works perfectly

The accommodation was overall good. Here are the pros: - The room was well furnished - The air conditioning worked well - Breakfast had sufficient variety for everyone. There were plenty of different warm and cold dishes - The hotel has its own garage where you can easily park your car with the help of a valet - The city center is easily reachable on foot just a few minutes away - There is a metro station just 10 meters away - The staff was very nice Cons: - The rooms had carpeting, which is not suitable for allergy sufferers. This made the air in the room very dry - The carpets were not vacuumed even once during our stay - Having a bathtub instead of a shower was not advantageous, as getting in and out of it was very dangerous and not well thought out. But overall, the accommodation was pleasant. Unfortunately, it was not comparable to other Mercure accommodations, which was somewhat disappointing.

The hotel is quite comfortable and modern. It is a bit quiet in the evening and located in a neighborhood with nightclubs. The hotel's room service, food menu, and prices are quite varied and reasonable.

Shampoo or liquid soap
I stayed on the night of September 6-7, and I had stayed 2 or 3 times before. The location is very nice, right behind the Ankaray stop, and it's a hotel I really liked in terms of cleanliness. The only negative point (which is not really negative) is that I don't know what shampoo or liquid soap you use, but it's very good 👏👏 I had asked if it was possible to get a sample before, but when I received a negative answer, I was a bit disappointed.

Nice but hot and noisy
We chose the hotel because of its proximity to our work. It's within walking distance to everywhere in Kizilay. Having a parking lot is very good, definitely. But the room was so hot that the air conditioning didn't work at all, we had to open the windows and all the street noise came inside. The windows of the room were not very good, even when closed, a lot of noise was coming in. I didn't like the pillows, they were very thin, so we couldn't sleep comfortably, but overall, it was a clean, aesthetic, and nice room.

Everything was perfect. It couldn't have been better for our four-day family trip. Comfort, cleanliness, taste, friendliness... If you're not going to drive, Ankaray Demirtepe station is right in front of the door. From ASTI to your hotel room... what more could you ask for! A few minutes' walk to Kizilay Square. As a family, what we would say is; when we come back to Ankara, we know where to stay. Thank you MERCURE...
