Colonial mansion, very good!
A very nice and cozy colonial mansion. Exceptional pool area and Turkish bath. The staff is always attentive to your needs. Good and varied breakfast.

- • We were disappointed because we found the comments and ratings to be really overrated for this hotel. The hotel is indeed in the city center, but this also implies all the inconveniences that come with it: a lot of noise until 2 am. Moreover, the mattress was not very comfortable.

- • The staff was unpleasant and unhelpful to the customer. They didn't even turn on the jacuzzi for us.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this stay. It has potential as the pool was nice (besides the pigeons). But the customer service...

- • When we got here, we had to wait till 3 PM even though the hotel was very empty. Then when we got in the room, there was no toilet paper and the AC was not working & it honestly was not really like the pictures. Don’t expect a window. When asking for another room it took some time but eventually we got a new one where luckily the AC worked. The pigeons that kept trying to get into the pool. Very unhygienic. The breakfast was not that great, limited. The sound at night was quite loud since it’s besides the park, they do provide earplugs however. The receptionist also wasn’t very helpful.
