The hotel is very nice. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff's attention was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and always with a smile, ready to help us. We really enjoyed the Turkish bath and the pool. The location in the heart of the historic center made our movements much easier and provided opportunities to try the city's great gastronomy and tourist sites.

- • As a suggestion, we hope that the adjustments to the bar and spa can be completed soon so we can enjoy a nice cocktail by the pool and a relaxing massage ☺️
Nice stay in a charming hotel
A quaint little hotel right next to Parque de los Novios. The house is not new anymore and here and there some maintenance would be necessary. Nevertheless, the style has its charm, and one feels comfortable. My room on the fourth floor was very large. In addition to a nice bathroom with an outdoor shower, it also had a steam sauna. The outdoor area was huge and had seating as well as 2 cushioned sun loungers. Senor Mario and his team are very friendly and chatty. Breakfast was freshly prepared according to my wishes every morning. The location right next to the park requires a certain resistance to noise, although with the door closed, it was quite bearable. The location right next to the park has the great advantage that 20m to the right and left there are restaurants and dozens of other places within walking distance. Shopping opportunities as well. The air conditioning makes the heat very bearable. TV and radio complete the whole experience. I had a wonderful time at this hotel.

Colonial mansion, very good!
A very nice and cozy colonial mansion. The pool area and the Turkish bath are exceptional. The staff is always attentive to your needs. Good and varied breakfast.

- • We were disappointed because we found the comments and ratings to be really overrated for this hotel. The hotel is indeed in the city center, but this also implies all the inconveniences that come with it: a lot of noise until 2 am. Furthermore, the mattress was not very comfortable.
