Although the room rate is a bit expensive, I will still stay at this hotel on my next visit to Macau.
The handheld shower head is not working. After talking to the housekeeping co-worker on day 2 morning before I left the hotel, she had it fixed before I came back to the hotel. Highly appreciated. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

- • It's very difficult to set up the room temperature. Hope there is a simple instruction.

One of my best stays ever
The front office staff Jane was exceptional! She works with enthusiasm and passion and always has a big genuine smile to make our stay feel very special. She looked into every detail of our stay and never failed to impress us with her genuine care, professionalism, and going above and beyond to meet our needs. She has made this stay one of the most memorable and enjoyable in the many cities we have experienced! So well done Crown Plaza, Jane is a gem!

The concierge support was very kind. I came to Macau for an event. The event tickets were supposed to be sent to the hotel the day before, but due to the delivery company's convenience, they were not sent. I was at a loss because I didn't understand Chinese, but the concierge supported me, and I was able to get the tickets on the day of the event and enjoy a wonderful time. The quality of the concierge at this hotel will support you no matter what trouble you encounter on your trip.
