The hotel offers a superior value for money compared to the average.

The Apart-hotel 135 is located close to tourist sites and benefits from excellent public transport connections (tram, bus lines). I had a large room with a kitchenette. Everything was well maintained (especially the shower and Internet), the equipment was of good quality, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast was up to standard in Morocco. I felt at home there for several days.

The room on the first night was not particularly comfortable, but we were upgraded to the room we had reserved, which was very comfortable. However, the only real problem with this establishment is the breakfast; it is very poor with croissants lying down or dry donuts without fruits or orange juice, no variety, the same thing every day. As for the room service, it also needs improvement; the only housekeeper is overwhelmed by the service and cannot clean properly. I must also mention an incident that occurred when I arrived at the hotel around 3 am, tired from the trip, I simply asked the receptionist after check-in to allow me to go to my room and the next day for the payment of the bill, unfortunately, he was very insistent that the bill be settled before I go up to my room, frankly, I was shocked by the way, fortunately, the next day the hotel manager, a very pleasant, friendly, and humane lady, apologized. I also want to thank the housekeeper for the effort she made to make us comfortable, as well as her supervisor. As for the hotel's location, it is very well placed right in the city center.

The welcome was absolutely exceptional. The lady who manages the establishment is of rare elegance, both in her attitude and in her way of receiving guests. She knows how to immediately put you at ease and make you feel at home. Always available, attentive, and caring, she anticipates needs and offers excellent advice. The atmosphere is warm, almost family-like, with a genuine sense of hospitality. The team takes care of everything with kindness and professionalism. Additionally, I had the very pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a superior room than the one I had booked, due to availability: a particularly appreciated gesture that demonstrates great attention to customers. Highly recommended establishment.

Quiet and convenient place to stay

Located across the road from the Arab League Park on Blvd Hassan II, it’s in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many places: Place Mohammed V, the city’s main civic square, several notable buildings from the French-protectorate era, including the Central Post Office and other early 20th-century administrative architecture. What’s more, it’s a few minutes' walk to the CMC stop of the AéroBus, the airport shuttle to the airport. It’s a 45-minute ride. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Mrs. Mekouar made sure that everything was to our satisfaction and suggested where to shop for specific things as well as the best way to get around and about.

Security and availability and the little treat at the reception were very kind and reassuring

Having a secure parking in front of the house was brilliant. The hotel has a great location right by the park.

The boss and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful arrival in Morocco for us, thank you very much! The Moroccan breakfast was lovingly prepared and tasted great. In addition, there were great sightseeing tips on top.
